  • Project Description
    1 block of 39-storey luxury condominium (234 Units) with 1 block of 5-storey car park at Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Design Concept
    Combination of load bearing / shear walls and frame structure with precast light-weight panel walls welded to cast in-situ columns.
  • Construction Methodology
    Load bearing / shear walls were cast by system formwork.

    The light-weight wall panels were precast at a nearby yard, lifted by a crane and welded to the cast in-situ column reinforcement.

    The penthouse is constructed using conventional column beams and slabs.
