Key words: Since its inception, H S Liao Sdn Bhd has built up a strong base of clients from within Malaysia. While competent in the design of various forms of structural system, the Company has promoted the design of load bearing shear walls for high rise buildings in Malaysia.

This structural system has been proven to be cost effective with reduced construction period yet achieving quality finishes. Developers and contractors have come to accept load bearing shear walls as an economically viable alternative of structural system.

H S Liao Sdn Bhd is also involved in civil engineering design of large infrastructural development. These design covers earthworks, road works, drainage, water supply and sewerage works. The company has also participated in water supply privatisation projects involving design of water treatment plants, pipelines, storage reservoir and an earthfill dam.

H S Liao Sdn Bhd has also been involved as consultants in turnkey projects with several large Malaysian turnkey contractors.
