Malaysia HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUMS AND APARTMENTS

Project Description - 14 blocks of 10-23 storey medium cost apartments (1,500 units) with 5 levels of car parks located at Taman OUG, Jalan Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.

Construction Methodology - The load bearing / shear walls in Blocks C, D, E & F were constructed with walls and slab system formwork with Grace formwork.

The precast prefabricated light wall panels for Blocks A & B were cast in an open yard near the site, lifted by a tower crane and welded to the reinforcement of the cast in-situ columns. The slabs are cast in-situ with conventional timber formwork.

Walls structural design concept for Blocks C, D, E & F. Conventional frame design with precast prefabricated light-weight panels and in-built structural beams for Blocks A & B
