RIANA GREEN CONDO Malaysia HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUMS AND APARTMENTS

Project Description - The development when completed will consists of 1,500 units of luxury condominiums in low rise, medium rise and high rise blocks. The site is located near Tropicana Golf & Country Club, Kuala Lumpur.

Design Concept - High rise blocks - load bearing / shear walls structural design concept. Medium and low rise blocks - Conventional structural frame system.

Construction Methodology - System formwork for the shear walls and slabs. Conventional timber formwork for the frame structure.
