• Project Description - 1 block of 20-storey luxury condominium apartments (136 units) with 3-1/2 level basement car park located at Jalan Binjai, Kuala Lumpur.

• Design Concept - Load bearing / shear walls structural design concept.

• Construction Methodology - The walls and slabs were constructed separately using system formwork manufactured by the contractor. The basement was constructed with conventional beams and slabs.
