Conventional timber forms for retail centre and system formwork for service apartment and
office tower were used for construction.

- Design Concept
Retail Centre
All floor slabs are of conventional slab and beam system. Roof is of composite section
using Bondek supported on steel trusses.
Service Apartment
Flat slab structural system was adopted for the basement. For the superstructure,
conventional reinforced concrete frame structure was adopted up to the transfer floor
level. Shear wall system was used for the typical floors above the transfer floor.
Office Tower
Prestressed flat slab structural system with drop panels was used for the typical floors.
Resistance against lateral forces is provided by the rectangular core walls.
